Ross D. Lawrence has established international credentials in the valuation of mineral properties and mining companies, mineral policy development for foreign and domestic governments, economic analysis of mining projects and project management.
Mr. Lawrence has managed WGM’s contracts with foreign governments pertaining to mineral development policy and institutional strengthening. He has served as Project Director on a wide range of mineral exploration and development projects in Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia and the Americas and is Past‑President of the Canadian Association of Mining Equipment and Services for Export, and Past-Chairman of the Northern Centre for Advanced Technology in Sudbury.

Lawrence Devon Smith
Lawrence Devon Smith (Larry) is Principal Consultant at LDSA and has been Director of Project Evaluations for Barrick Gold, Vale-Inco, and Rio Algom as well as SNC-Lavalin.
Larry is a mining engineer with over 35 years’ experience in project economic evaluations including scoping and optimization studies, pre- feasibility and feasibility studies, risk assessment, and due diligence and has published a number of papers on these topics. He is on the executive of MES and CIM Toronto.
Larry teaches Mineral Economics as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso in Chile and Schulich Business School at York University.

Bereket A. Berhe
Bereket A. Berhe a graduate of Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering at the University of Toronto. He holds a B.A.Sc. degree from the Mineral and Geological Engineering program. Mr. Berhe has almost 20 years experience in a variety fields in the mining and oil and gas industry, mostly in exploration, most particularly in the last 10 years as an Associate Engineer with Watts, Griffis and McOuat Limited of Toronto, Canada. His recent works includes the valuation of precious and base metal development projects in North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, China and Europe.
Mr. Behre has an extensive experience in the valuation, evaluation, project due diligence, financial modeling and analysis of projects at various stages of development. He has carried out an extensive research in support of numerous assignments: including mineral exploration properties reviews for investment purposes. Mr. Berhe, has an extensive experience in project identification and target generation, as well as, project management and logistics. He maintains close contact with Eritrea and has carried out several professional assignments and research in the country.
